GRC Mott MacDonald has been very successful in providing small dedicated teams of engineers to integrate with the clients team. Based on a brief from the client, we are capable of undertaking small, high quality, self contained projects, if necessary with relatively little direction or input from the Client team.

GRC Mott MacDonald has carried out project designs that require a multi-discipline project team by working with a number of associate companies. During the last 5 years the company has participated in and added value to projects ranging from £10,000 up to £50 million installed value.

These arrangements enable GRC Mott MacDonald to tackle substantial projects by allowing its team to carry out the specialist activities of process design, equipment specification, validation and regulatory matters with the support of the more general range of management, engineering and construction expertise.

Where a multi-discipline project team is required with significant process engineering or regulatory input, GRC Mott MacDonald will lead the project thus enabling the Client to have one point of contact for simplicity and to enhance good co-ordination. This method of operation allows us to become familiar with the Client’s general and specific methods of working and will allow the provision of a flexible and tailored service appropriate to meet his needs.

GRC Mott MacDonald has project managed, designed, specified, supervised construction, commissioned and validated a wide variety of projects. The value of projects undertaken ranges from a few thousand pounds up to £20 million installed costs.
